1. Introduction
Omega ("Omega," "we," "us," or "our") is a capital markets infrastructure, software product, and development service organization. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our website at omega-markets.com (the "Site"), and describes the choices available to you regarding our use of that information.
This Policy applies to the Site. If Omega's product or service separately collects personal information from Customers or their Authorized Users once you begin using it, that collection is addressed in the privacy policy referenced in Omega's Master Subscription Agreement, which may or may not be this same document.
By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Site.
2. Who This Policy Covers
This Policy is directed toward visitors and users located in the United States. Omega's Site and services are intended for a United States-based audience, and Omega does not knowingly direct the Site to individuals located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws; your information will be collected, stored, and processed in the United States as described in this Policy.
3. Information We Collect
As of the Effective Date of this Policy, the Site is primarily an informational website about Omega's product and services, and we do not require visitors to create an account or submit payment information to browse the Site. The categories of information described below reflect what the Site currently collects; we will update this Policy before we begin collecting additional categories of personal information.
3.1. Information You Provide to Us.
We may collect information that you choose to provide directly to us, such as when you submit a contact or demo request form or email us directly. This information may include your name, email address, company name, job title, phone number, and the content of your message.
3.2. Information Collected Automatically.
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with the Site, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring and exit pages, the pages you view and how long you spend on them, and the date and time of your visit ("Usage Data"). We use Usage Data to operate, maintain, and improve the Site, and to understand how visitors use it.
3.3. Cookies and Similar Technologies.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons and pixels) to collect Usage Data, remember your preferences, and measure the effectiveness of the Site. The cookies actually used are strictly necessary and for analytics only. You can control cookies through your browser settings; most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies, but doing so may affect the functionality of the Site. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the information or services you request;
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
- Send you marketing communications about Omega's products and services, where permitted, which you may opt out of at any time as described in Section 8 below;

- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activity, and protect the rights, property, and safety of Omega and others; and
- Comply with our legal obligations.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share the information described in this Policy as follows:
- Service Providers. With vendors and service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as website hosting, analytics, email delivery, and customer relationship management, who are contractually restricted from using your information for any purpose other than providing those services to us;
- Legal Requirements. If required to do so by law, or in response to valid requests by public authorities (for example, a court order or subpoena), or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Omega, our users, or others;
- Business Transfers. In connection with, or during negotiation of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business; and
- With Your Consent. For any other purpose disclosed to you at the time we collect the information, or with your consent.
We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that Omega does not operate, including social media platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with any information.
7. Data Retention
We retain the information described in this Policy for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to comply with our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Marketing Communications. You may opt out of receiving marketing emails from us at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in those emails or by contacting us using the information in the Contact Us section below. Even after you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those about your interactions with us.
Access, Correction, and Deletion. You may contact us using the information in the Contact Us section below to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and we will respond consistent with applicable law.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
10. Data Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the Effective Date at the top of this Policy and, where appropriate, by other means, such as a notice on the Site. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
